RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) from FootJoy, you may return it to us for a refund. We will refund unworn, unaltered merchandise with all labels and garment tags attached within 30 days of original purchase date. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
- If using your original shipping box for packaging your return, please remove any shipping labels.
- Attach the return label to the outside of your box. Please note the tracking number so you have it for reference to track your return. Please do not use your shoebox as the shipping box when returning footwear.
- Please make sure you fill out the Returns Form, detach and enclose with your parcel.
- Please allow 15 business days for the receipt and processing of your return. A credit will be issued to the original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been completed.
- Please note that FootJoy is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.

EXCHANGES
We are sorry but we do not have an exchange policy at this time. We ask that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item. You may return a product within 30 days of original purchase date. Please see our Return Policy above.
